HVYC Water Access for Olde Point Easement Members

Only Olde Point Easement Members may apply; proof of residency and ownership is required.

The next ramp registration date for 2026 is Tuesday, April 21 from 6pm to 8pm at the HVYC club house.

Step 1: Fill out the online 2026 Online Motorized Boat Ramp Pass Application, see link below.

Step 2: Download, print and sign Easement Member Ramp Usage Guidelines, see link below.

Step 3: Bring copies for our records of the requested documents listed below, and register in person.

Documents you need to bring for in-person registration:

• Proof of property ownership and or rental agreement (and written property owner permission) if applicable.
• Copies of your tow vehicle registration and insurance policy which must be in the name and address of the Olde Point Easement Member and/or renter.
• Signed/initialed copy of Ramp Usage Guidelines form
• Payment (Cash or Check made out to, “Harbour Village Yacht Club” or “HVYC”)

The following fee structure is effective January 1, 2026, for Olde Point Easement Member:

• Annual ramp renewal set of decals for Tow vehicle, watercraft and trailer: $265
• One extra full/partial set of stickers, tow vehicle/watercraft/tow trailer: $50 Annually
• Kayak/Paddleboard/Canoe Launch $100 annually
• Pedestrian Observation $50 annually
• Key fob replacement $50

Renewal/registration documents and payments received after April 1, 2026 will not be pro-rated and are non-refundable. 

New registration documents and payments received after April 1, 2026 will be prorated by month. 

Key Fobs for the 2026 Season will deactivate on April 1st, 2027 

Mail-in registration is not available. 

Only tow vehicles with boat trailers attached and boats with current year decals (on each tow vehicle, boat trailer and boat) are authorized to use the boat ramp and parking lot.
