Only Olde Point Easement Members may apply; proof of residency and ownership is required

- The in-person registration days will be March 9th and March 23rd, 9am - 12pm.

- If you were unable to attend an in-person registration day, submit your online application and email keys.hvyc@gmail.com to request an appointment.  Bring your signed 2024 Ramp Usage Guidelines for Olde Point Easement Members along with copies of all supporting documents and payment to your appointment.  Please follow this process for ramp pass renewals and new applications.
