Kayak Launch and Pedestrian Observation Area

In-person registration is March 7th and March 21st from 9:00 am to 12 noon each day at the HVYC clubhouse.

Step 1: Fill out the online 2026 Kayak Launch Pedestrian Pass Application, see button below.

Step 2: Download, print and sign Easement Member Kayak/Pedestrian Guidelines, see link below.

Step 3: Bring copies for our records of the requested documents listed below, and register in person.

What you need:

• Proof of property ownership and/or rental agreement (and written property owner permission) if applicable. 
• Signed Kayak Launch/Pedestrian Observation Area User Guidelines form 
• Payment (Cash or Check made out to, “Harbour Village Yacht Club” or “HVYC”). 

The following fee structure is effective January 1, 2026, for Olde Point

Easement Member:

• Kayak/Paddleboard/Canoe Launch: $100 annually
• Pedestrian Observation: $ 50 annually
• Key fob replacement: $50

Registration documents and payments received after June 1, 2026, will be prorated

by month.

Key Fobs for the 2026 Season will deactivate on April 1st, 2027
